We hope that you’ll be happy with your VFS-Parts purchase, but if not then we are offering the following return policy:

Unwanted Goods

If you change your mind and decide you no longer want an item that we’ve delivered, we’re happy to offer you exchange or refund while you are within 28 days return policy. You’ll need to return your item unused and in its original packaging along with the copy of VFS Invoice.

Please contact VFS-Parts before returning your item so we know what we are expecting to receive.

Please note:

1-           Returning part is subject to 20% re-stocking deduction.

2-           Original carriage cost will also be deducted from final payment.

3-           Customer is responsible for returning the part.

4-           Part must be in its original packaging where possible and not damaged.

5-           Refund will be made within 3 to 5 working days on receipt of parts.

Faulty or damaged goods

Consumer protection legislation says that items must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If you buy a product online and it’s found to be faulty within 28 days, you’re entitled to ask for a full refund of the faulty product. If a fault occurs after the initial 28 days, we’re entitled to repair and/or replace that item. If it can’t be repaired or replaced, then you may be entitled to a refund. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

If the item you’re returning is faulty or damaged on delivery, We will arrange the collection or we’ll refund the postage once we’ve received the item and checked it.

Ways to return your items

There are two easy ways to return your item(s):

  • Drop goods at our reception:

  • By Courier or Post

To return an item by post you’ll need to contact us with the details of your order and reasons for returning. For faulty or damaged items, we will arrange a courier to collect the item from the address that has been shipped to.

Please try to use the original packaging when sending your items back and make sure it’s securely packaged; VFS Ltd cannot be held responsible for any damage during return posting.

We recommend using a trackable service and getting proof of postage.

Please keep your proof of postage until we’ve confirmed your refund has been processed.

Please note the following:

Collections require a minimum of two working days’ notice.

Someone will need to be available to sign at the time of collection.

Collections can only be made Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Collection will take place between 8am and 5pm (we’re afraid exact times can’t be given).

We’ll aim to refund you as soon as possible, but will refund your account within 3 to 5 working days.
